  Manitoba invites 602 candidates in major PNP draw Manitoba has now issued 7,391 invitations to PNP candidates since the start of 2021. Manitoba invited 602 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on September 2. Invited candidates have the opportunity to get a nomination from the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). If they receive it, the nomination will support their final application for Canadian permanent residence and they will be able to apply as Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates.   Express Entry Canada invites 635 PNP candidates Canada has now held 17 Express Entry draws just for PNP candidates since the start of 2021. Another 635 Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) candidates in the Express Entry system have been invited to apply for permanent residence. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held its latest draw on September 1. The minimum score cutoff was 764, since all candidates had a provincial nomination worth 600 points in the Express Entry system. The maximum number of points one can possibly receive is 1,200.
