Quebec invited 502 immigration candidates to apply for permanent selection  The Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration (MIFI) issued invitations under the Quebec Regular Skilled Worker Program (QSWP). Candidates must have registered their Expression of Interest (EOI) in Quebec’s online registration portal, Arrima. An EOI is a pre-application screening process. It allows Quebec to select from those who are interested in immigrating to the province, and invite them to submit their application. A total of 6,000 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence through the Canadian Experience Class (CEC). The Comprehensive Ranking System score requirement (CRS) was 357. This CRS cutoff is the second-lowest ever for a CEC-only draw. The lowest was 75 during the historic February 13, 2021 draw that saw 27,332 CEC candidates invited to apply for permanent residence.
